Our Place: Snow Approach and Beyond

Our Place: Snow Approach Foundation and Beyond tells a story of Snow Approach Foundation, a local non-profit organization in Hillsborough that fosters the development of a neurodiverse, inclusive community for people living with various forms of dementia or other neurocognitive conditions and their care partners. The photographs document participants' experience within and outside of the Snow Approach Foundation--how they live the best of their lives with their loved ones despite the brain changes.

Every time I met and had conversations with the care partners at Snow Approach, I was getting more and more impressed and moved by their love towards their partners, their positive attitudes towards life, their kindness to voluntarily help others who are experiencing what they've experienced and their courage to develop of a more inclusive environment for their loved ones. This is a more than an organization. This is a family.
